QUIN Srl is established as a strategic partner within the Quid Informatica SpA Group, with the objective of developing specialized expertise to support industrial companies. The firm integrates management consulting and technology solutions to optimize processes and business performance.
THE ENTRY OF THE EQUINOX FUND
The EQUINOX fund acquires a controlling stake in the Quid Informatica Group with a dual objective: to strengthen its position in the Financial Services market (QUID) and to develop and expand services and solutions dedicated to Industry (QUIN), reinforcing the Group’s strategic positioning across both areas.
QGS ACQUISITION
QUIN acquires 100% of QGS Srl, a system integrator focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for manufacturing companies. The integration expands technological delivery capabilities and strengthens a model that combines strategy, processes, and digital platforms.
NEW CORPORATE STRUCTURE
Friulia joins the Quin Group’s shareholding structure to support its medium- to long-term growth and strengthen its capital base. The transaction marks the natural evolution of the path with Equinox and confirms majority ownership and strategic leadership remain with the founders.
