The evolution of a company also depends on its ability to ensure continuity in its growth path — consolidating achieved results while opening new opportunities for development. In this direction, Elletielle has chosen to continue its transformation journey with Quin, entering a new phase aimed at strengthening the changes already underway and further digitalizing its processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
The initiative stems from the need to overcome the limitations of the existing management system, which could no longer support the company’s growth. On one hand, there was a clear need to streamline and automate administrative and organizational processes that had become slow and poorly integrated; on the other, the company needed to improve production planning and management by replacing manual and paper-based procedures with advanced digital tools. Completing the picture is the goal of enhancing organizational alignment and collaboration between the San Vito and Spilimbergo production sites, by adopting shared and standardized procedures.
This project represents the full expression of the synergy within the Quin Group, which brings together Quin’s strategic expertise and QGS’s technological capabilities. Specifically, the initiative will be carried out jointly by Quin’s MES team and QGS’s ERP team, working in close collaboration to ensure an end-to-end approach that connects production control with overall business management. This will allow Elletielle to rely on a unified and coherent system that seamlessly integrates planning, job progress tracking, and factory data collection with enterprise management — ensuring continuity and visibility throughout the entire value chain.
It marks a true step forward: from manual management to a digital, integrated, and advanced system, capable of supporting everyday challenges and enabling new opportunities for growth.
