In il Nord Est, Quin CEO Fabio Valgimigli reflects on the company’s first 15 years, with a particular focus on the direction shaping its growth today: building an integrated ecosystem of expertise that brings together process engineering, Data Analytics, Decision Intelligence, and technology solutions.

The starting point remains what has defined Quin from the very beginning: a deep understanding of companies’ processes and business models. Technology comes into play where it is needed and where it can create real value, rather than becoming an automatic response to complexity. This approach guides Quin’s work across planning, production, quality, performance, and data management, particularly in manufacturing environments.

The interview also highlights the Group’s new phase of development, driven by organic growth, acquisitions, Quin’s transition to a joint-stock company (S.p.A.), and Friulia’s investment in the company. Over the coming years, the goal is to further expand the Group’s expertise, including into new areas such as cybersecurity, while maintaining a clear principle: helping companies connect processes, data, technologies, and decision-making within a coherent transformation journey.

This journey was also at the heart of Quin’s 15th anniversary celebration, held on June 12 at Villa Merlo Dragoni in Lovaria, Udine, and attended by more than 100 employees, clients, partners, and professionals. During the event, Confindustria Udine presented the company with an award recognizing its contribution to innovation and its active involvement in the association.
