To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Management & Innovation Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in this role (or in similar positions).

Activities and responsibilities
The selected candidate will join the Project Management & Innovation area and will be involved in strategic consulting activities, managing client relationships and being responsible for strategic and organizational reengineering projects. The role also includes coordinating internal and external resources to achieve the defined objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and has 3-5 years of experience in the role, preferably in consulting firms or manufacturing companies, where they have managed business process review projects and/or the introduction of IT systems, and directly carried out key analysis activities.
In particular, we are looking for skills in:
- strategic analysis
- definition of innovation and creative processes
- management and planning of production, purchasing, distribution logistics, and warehousing
- Lean Manufacturing techniques
- value process analysis
- Project Management methodologies (including Agile approaches)
- definition of models for performance control and measurement
- use of IT tools
