LED Luks needed to improve the planning of both in-house and subcontracted production and resources in order to meet delivery commitments, reduce inventory levels, and ensure efficient management of production resources.

Implementation of a heuristic-based system for finite capacity planning of internal resources and infinite capacity planning for subcontractors
Development of a dashboard for managing purchase and production orders
Synchronization between production plans and final assembly cycles
Implementation of digital dashboards to display production plans directly at machine-side workstations
