This is what SAFAS Group has done. Founded in 1959 and now approaching its third generation, the company specializes in the production of cast steel components for strategic industries such as energy, oil & gas, mining, offshore, and nuclear. SAFAS is a solid, international company that works every day to meet the highest standards of quality, structure, and reliability.

To support an evolution already underway, SAFAS chose to address a far-reaching transformation together with QUIN and QGS. The project stemmed from the need for greater clarity across workflows, stronger integration between offices and departments, and tools capable of supporting growth, control, and collaboration.

The journey involved both strategic and operational processes, built around QUIN’s APM module for project-based order management, which became the true point of connection between the sales, technical, production, and quality areas. Upstream, the project included the implementation of a new ERP system; downstream, the digitalization of shop-floor departments through MES and the introduction of tools developed by QGS for quality management, designed to meet the specific requirements of the nuclear industry.

It was a concrete transformation, built step by step, with the goal of simplifying complexity and enabling sustainable growth over time.
