That’s exactly what SAFAS Group has done. Founded in 1959 and now entering its third generation, SAFAS specializes in the production of cast steel components for strategic industries such as energy, oil & gas, mining, offshore, and nuclear. A solid, international company committed to meeting the highest standards of quality, structure, and reliability.

To support an evolution already underway, SAFAS chose to embrace a deep transformation with the support of QUIN and QGS. A project driven by the need for greater clarity in workflows, stronger integration between departments, and tools capable of supporting growth, control, and collaboration.

The journey touched both strategic and operational processes and was built around QUIN’s APM module for order management—a true connection hub between sales, engineering, production, and quality. Upstream, the implementation of a new ERP system; downstream, shop floor digitalization through a MES, and the introduction of QGS-developed quality management tools, specifically designed to meet the demands of the nuclear sector.

A concrete transformation, built step by step, with the goal of simplifying complexity and enabling long-term sustainable growth.
