The challenge
Latteria Soresina needed to improve its Demand Forecasting and Production Planning processes to enhance operational efficiency and demand visibility. The seasonal variability of milk supply and the growing diversification of market demand called for better coordination across business functions and more accurate planning to prevent stockouts and order cuts.
